So Much Matzoh… What To Do With Passover Leftovers

The eight-day festival of Passover came to an end last night. While matzoh – thin, crisp, salty squares of unleavened bread – is a staple of this annual Jewish holiday, many people find themselves left with more than they know what to do with post celebration. Throw it out? Not so fast. The Daily Meal, one of WYSK’s favorite sites for all things food and drink related, turned to our co-founder Cynthia Hornig to get the scoop on her go-to leftover matzoh recipe. It’s a four ingredient, sweet treat that makes an instant addict out of anyone lucky enough to sample a piece.
