The Scent Of A Wicked Woman: Designer Imagines Disney Villains As Perfume Bottles

Japanese designer Ruby Spark loves all things Disney and Pixar, but she has a particular fascination with the famed villains. Their allure is what inspired Ruby to create a fantastical series of gorgeous, but imaginary perfume bottles modeled on wicked characters from 19 Disney films that span almost 80 years.

“There’s something special about each and every Disney villain,” she explained to Rocket News 24. “When I look at them, they have a sort of mysterious sexiness you’d never get from the princesses.”

Her idea for the series came after thinking about the different kinds of perfume women have to choose from. “Perfumes aren’t always soft and floral. Some of them have a tempting character, something that feels almost a little dangerous, even. I thought it’d be wonderful to combine perfumes like that with the motif of Disney villains.”

You can see all of Ruby’s designs here. But these are some of our favorites… all devilishly wicked women, led by the one and only Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty.
