We culled through the good, bad, funny and ugly of it all… can we move on now?

 The Ugly

CNN correspondent Victoria Arbiter couldn’t contain her excitement… for the baby boy.

“Finally, after all this waiting, we know that we have a boy. My first thought, I have to say, was, ‘This is how brilliant a royal Kate is.’ There are women throughout British royal family history who have panicked over not being able to deliver a boy, and here we are. Kate did it — first time.”

Has this birth been overplayed? Perhaps it has – just a little bit. However, everyone loves a baby. Whenever we see one, we smile!! No matter who we are or where we are, we will always celebrate a new birth. And, as the Johnson’s shampoo ad shows – doesn’t every mother think her son is a king?

I love your thoughts on this Marge… All babies are beautiful to me in every way. 🙂 I have met many mothers who do think of their children as ultimately special in every way. -Elisa
