Now that you know Dawn Casale and One Girl Cookies, we’re giving you the chance to bring a piece of her dessert empire home. We’ve got one signed copy of Dawn’s new cookbook of sweet treats up for grabs.

One Girl Cookies: Recipes for Cakes, Cupcakes, Whoopie Pies, and Cookies from Brooklyn’s Beloved Bakery was written with love by Dawn & her husband/business partner Dave and includes 67 recipes for some of their café classics, family favorites and breakfast sweets. They promise it will become the dog-eared, grease-stained book that every baker will reach for time and again.
