Last November we premiered our video profile of WYSK Loren Raye, the dynamic 26 year old “Badass Chick” who, in only four short years, worked her way up to become the only female producer for Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, the most listened to Top 40 morning radio show in the U.S. We’re excited to report that the fearless and talented Loren just made a BOLD move that took her already enviable career in the still largely male dominated field of radio to a whole new level.

Relocating her life from New York City to Boston and swapping her producer’s booth for the on-air studio, Loren is now the co-host of a brand new morning show in Boston – Amp Radio’s The TJ Show – that had its debut broadcast earlier this week on Monday, April 1st.

In her new role, Loren can be heard live, every weekday morning from 5:30am – 9:00am on Boston’s 103.3 FM giving her “LoDown” on what’s happening in Hollywood, and using her wit and wisdom to entertain listeners and make them think. She proudly takes her co-host’s seat alongside the show’s host and namesake, TJ Taormina.

TJ is a hardworking, 10 year radio veteran who has dreamed of having his own radio show since he was 13 years old. From 2010 to March 2013, he was a co-host on the Elvis Duran Show, which is where he and Loren first met.

This dynamic radio duo are the perfect complement to one another and we wish TJ and Loren much success building and growing their new show.

In case you missed it, be sure to check out our WYSKumentary on Loren here. Her passion is sure to impress and inspire you… maybe even blow you away, like she did us.
