98-year-old Evelyn is a friend to her neighbor Joyce, and believes we should all contribute to society no matter your age.

When the retirement community where the women live suddenly discontinued its bus service to the local grocery store for residents, Joyce was forced to think about the possibility that she may have to move away. But Evelyn, who had her driver’s license revoked “for being too old,” makes a promise to Joyce, and lives up to it… in the very best possible way.

“I am on earth. I am here. If I can contribute I should. Shouldn’t we all? I don’t have money to give, but I can give of myself.”

This three minute video by I Like Giving is a beautiful expression of friendship and reminder of what it means to live generously.
